Defense Business Program Leader
About the role
Provide mission support for planning, coordinating, and executing exercises authorized to obligate and commit the Booz Allen team for mission support. Lead large teams and programs, develop strategies, utilize simulations in support of Army, Joint, and multinational exercises, serve in key developmental positions at Corps or Division levels, and manage personnel to ensure Army missions are fully supported.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Mentor and manage team members to ensure Army missions are fully supported
- Manage employees, performance, recruiting, discipline, and financial responsibility
- Work with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and client senior leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with leading large teams and programs and developing strategies
- Experience with utilization of simulations in support of Army, Joint, and multinational exercises
- Experience serving in a key developmental position at Corps or Division
- Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of War College, including MEL 1
Qualifications
- Nice if you have: Experience as a Brigade Commander, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, TS/SCI clearance, Master's degree, Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Our work model supports collaboration and engagement, with employees expected to have their cameras on during meetings. Positions may be remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on the role and customer needs.
