Pathlight - Mood and Anxiety Program - Partial Hospitalization Level of Care working with adolescents

Schedule

• PRN/AS Needed
• 10-hour shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays

What you’ll be doing

• Facilitates curriculum-based groups.
• Provides meal monitoring and support.
• Documentation of groups, meals, and patient check-ins and observations.
• Supports milieu including de-escalation and crisis management, bathroom monitoring, monitoring outside breaks, conducts self-harm and suicide assessments, supports morning routine in IP/Res programs, collects weights, vitals, and urine in some settings.
• Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends. Leads more advanced groups.
• Coverage for Primary Therapists with support from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related degree program (required)
• Master’s degree in mental health or related degree program (required)
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (required)
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (requirement waived with relevant master's degree)

Bonus qualities

• 1+ year facilitating groups (preferred)
