Our team includes board-certified psychiatrists, licensed clinical therapists, nurses, and mental health associates dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their families, friends, and employers for productive lives.

Responsibilities

• Apply behavioral theory and concepts in daily operations.
• Assist in interviewing applicants as needed.
• Support the completion of performance evaluations for Mental Health Associates (MHAs).
• Oversee and coordinate assigned units, addressing corrective actions in conjunction with the charge nurse and/or nursing supervisor.
• Participate in creating a least-restrictive environment for patients while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Coordinate daily activities of assigned units.
• Demonstrate effective empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, visitors, peers, and medical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in behavioral healthcare, particularly with adolescents (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrable leadership and supervisory skills.
• Current CPR and CPI certifications, or ability to obtain within two weeks of hire (training offered onsite).
• Documented experience working with children (ages 5–12), adolescents (ages 13–18), and/or adults (ages 18+).
