About the role
Provides crisis mitigation services and social-emotional-behavioral interventions consistent with student IEP goals and program curriculum at assigned sites and for secondary grade levels.
Responsibilities
- Works in collaboration with other staff to develop measurable goals
- Applies knowledge of psychological and social work theories
- Creates a positive learning experience for secondary grade levels
Requirements
- Licenses and Certificates:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field
- Enrollment in a Master’s level graduate program in Psychology, Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid California driver’s license
- In lieu of one of the licenses and certificates requirements, the applicant must demonstrate reasonable expectation to qualify upon completion of the current semester.
