Responsibilities

• Teach Silver Creek's core curriculum focusing on respect, team work, critical and creative thinking, vision, communication, and ethics.
• Incorporate a leadership focus into every class to prepare students for diverse business environments.
• Ensure students excel in all aspects of their academic, artistic, and athletic endeavors.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience teaching in a high school setting.
• Strong background in the BIG 6: respect, team work, critical and creative thinking, vision, communication, and ethics.
• Ability to effectively communicate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.

Skills

• Effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
