Milieu Clinician

About the role

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a dedicated Milieu Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Pike, New Hampshire. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful clinical support to adolescents in a dynamic, relationship-focused environment while enjoying a high quality of life in the White Mountains.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within a residential milieu setting
• Develop and implement treatment, behavioral, and safety plans
• Conduct assessments and present clinical findings to teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal staff, families, and external providers
• Support residential staff in implementing treatment strategies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adolescents and/or families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to pass a background check
