We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a customer-focused manufacturing team. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications and ensuring proper welding techniques based on blueprints. Responsibilities include performing first piece checks, maintaining production records, and organizing work for timely completion. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience, proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols, and comfort with various welding positions on mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel. Attention to detail and efficiency are essential.
