About the role

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately, ensuring materials meet specifications by selecting appropriate welding methods based on blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece checks
• Maintain production records
• Organize work based on complexity and deadlines to ensure timely completion
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols
• Produce quality welds efficiently
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications
• Perform initial inspections and record production
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Welding skills in mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel
