MIG Welder - Pay Raises Every 3 Months

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Include Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.Performing first-piece checks and submitting samples for quality assurance.Maintaining production records to ensure correct part quantities.Organizing work based on complexity and deadlines for timely completion.Ensuring welds are performed in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions on mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel. Qualifications And Skills Required At least 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail and efficiency.Experience with various welding positions and materials.
