MIG Welder - Hourly + Bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled SENIOR MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Include Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality assurance inspections.Maintaining production records to ensure correct output.Organizing work to optimize efficiency and timely completion of job orders.Adhering to safety standards and other duties as required. Qualifications And Skills Required Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency in welding flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Experience welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work processes.
