We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a customer-focused manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Include Producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately to meet customer specifications.Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality assurance inspection.Maintaining production records to ensure correct output quantities.Organizing work based on complexity, method, and expected completion time to ensure timely processing of job orders.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Required Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Experience welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
