MIG Welder - Full-Time

Role: MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds in a customer-focused environment. The role requires efficiency, precision, and adherence to customer specifications, including interpreting blueprints and welding symbols. Key Responsibilities: Perform quality welds across various positions, ensuring correct materials and techniques are used.Conduct first-piece checks and submit for inspection to maintain quality standards.Maintain accurate production records and organize work for timely completion.Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture.Assist with other duties as needed to support production goals. Qualifications and Skills: At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Competence in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welding.Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
