About the role
We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications, including interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
Responsibilities
- Produce quality welds efficiently
- Ensure materials meet specifications and determine welding methods as needed
- Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance
- Maintain production records and organize workflow
- Perform other related responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Experience with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
- Welds various steel types including mild, stainless, and galvannealed
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
