About the role
We are seeking a skilled Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately to meet customer specifications.
- Determining appropriate welding methods based on blueprints and material requirements.
- Performing first-piece checks and submitting samples for quality assurance.
- Maintaining production records to ensure correct output.
- Organizing work for timely and efficient completion of various job orders.
- Adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Proficiency with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Experience welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.
- Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and safety consciousness.
