We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, performing welds on various steel types, and maintaining accurate production records to ensure timely completion of jobs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience, with proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical welds on mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel. Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work independently are essential.
