About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and ensuring materials meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Performing first-piece checks
• Maintaining production records
• Organizing work based on complexity
• Ensuring timely completion of job orders

Requirements

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Comfortable with various weld positions
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Comfort with in-person work in Olathe, KS, and willingness to relocate if necessary
