MIG Welder/Fabricator - $30-$35/hr - experience required

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused environment. Work environment: In-person, located in Olathe, KS, with an air-conditioned, professional workspace built for craftsmen. Candidates must be able to relocate prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality welds efficiently according to customer specifications
• Interpreting blueprints and welding symbols to select appropriate welding methods
• Performing first-piece inspections and submitting parts for quality assurance
• Maintaining production records and organizing work based on complexity and deadlines
• Ensuring correct and precise welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfort with various welding positions, including uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
