MIG Welder/Fabricator - $30-$35/hr - experience required

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a custom-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately, meeting customer specifications by selecting appropriate welding methods and performing quality checks on first pieces before completing jobs. Responsibilities include maintaining production records, organizing work based on complexity and deadlines, and ensuring proper welding techniques. Candidates should have at least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience, the ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols, and comfort with various weld positions including flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds. Attention to detail and efficiency are essential.
