We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and ensuring materials meet specifications. Responsibilities include performing first-piece checks, maintaining production records, and organizing work based on complexity and deadlines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience, proficiency in welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel, and comfort with various weld positions. Strong attention to detail and efficiency are essential.
