About the role

MIG Welder/Fabricator responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately to meet customer specifications. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Olathe, KS.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprints and welding symbols.
• Determine appropriate welding methods when not specified and perform first-piece checks for quality assurance.
• Organize workload to ensure timely completion of job orders based on complexity and method.
• Maintain production records and ensure correct quantity of parts are produced.
• Follow safety protocols and uphold a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

Skills

• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
