MIG Welder | $30-35/hr

Position: MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR Role: Responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and performing first-piece checks to ensure correct quality. Organizes work to ensure timely completion of various job orders and maintains production records. Upholds a safety-first culture and adheres to quality standards. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbolsProficient in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill weldsStrong attention to detail and efficiency Key Duties: Welds parts efficiently and accurately, verifies materials meet specifications, documents production, and organizes tasks based on complexity and deadlines. Performs other duties as required. Additional Information: Full-time, in-person role based in Olathe, KS, requiring relocation if necessary.
