MIG Welder - 1st shift
About the Role
We are seeking both entry-level and experienced MIG Welder/Fabricators to work at our Tonawanda Processing Plant. This role involves making, repairing, and maintaining carbon steel collection dumpsters. All welding work is MIG with 75/25 shielded gas using Miller 252 machines. Additional tasks include fabricating parts, painting, shearing, cutting, and bending as needed.
Responsibilities
- MIG weld carbon steel collection dumpsters
- Repair and maintain existing equipment
- Fabricate additional parts as needed
- Perform painting, shearing, cutting, and bending tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year MIG welding experience or recent BOCES welding graduate
- Exceptional welding skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable and hardworking
- Drug-free
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
