Key Responsibilities
- Manage the event sales process, including lead generation, client inquiries, tours, proposals, and contract execution
- Cook up and execute weddings, corporate events, golf outings, and private events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Use Tripleseat® event management software to track inquiries, bookings, and event details
- Lead weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings with internal teams
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage, culinary, and golf operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Oversee event timelines, setup, and on-site coordination
- Develop and implement club social events and member programming
- Track event revenue, expenses, and commissions
- Ensure all events meet the Club's hospitality and service standards
Qualifications
- Experience in event sales, event planning, hospitality management, or venue coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with event management or CRM software (Tripleseat® or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in a private club, golf course, hotel, or event venue preferred
