Midshift/Weekends - Lead Service Specialist

About the role
Your primary responsibility will be to assist members in choosing a membership plan that suits their needs. You will be dedicated to serving our members and ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered throughout their fitness journey.
Responsibilities
- Help members select a membership plan that aligns with their fitness goals and budget
- Provide personalized guidance and support during consultations
- Ensure members are aware of all available services and amenities
- Answer questions about membership plans, pricing, and facility features
- Encourage members to participate in group classes and other activities
- Build rapport with members and foster a positive environment
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to interact positively with members
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Experience in the fitness industry a plus
