Responsibilities
- Aid Accountable Property Officers and Responsible Officers in establishing and executing inventory plans.
- Collaborate with N4 Command Property Branch to identify and document assets meeting Accountable Property criteria.
- Define and document property management processes and audit requirements.
- Implement Force-wide property policies and recommend local procedures.
- Create SOPs to ensure compliance with NSWC policies.
- Extract and manipulate APSR data into editable formats like Excel and Word.
- Verify the accuracy of APSR transactions.
- Understand and assist with non-APSR commodity management systems.
- Transition designated commodities into and out of the APSR from specific IT systems.
- Deploy APSR and establish local property management programs.
- Assist in storage location identification, item inventory, cataloging, and labeling.
- Create APSR Stock Cards, NICs, and Size Categories.
- Vet and submit DPAS SAAR packages.
- Support command research of historical archives and current APSR transaction records.
- Provide regular training on the use of the APSR, including transaction posting, report access, and database queries.
- Conduct OJT training sessions to ensure users and custodians understand APSR operations.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years’ experience in logistics support to major government systems and logistics operations.
- Three (3) years’ experience with APSR peripheral equipment and training.
- Three (3) years’ experience with accountable property cataloging and WebFLIS, SOCM, EMI, FED LOG.
- Two (2) years’ experience with requisitions and troubleshooting in government Logistics IT systems.
- Two (2) years’ experience with MFP-2 and MFP-11 equipment, material, and supplies.
- Two (2) years’ experience with OM&S and GE accountability.
- One (1) year experience with business process development within NSWC or equivalent SOCOM activities.
- Two (2) years’ experience with DPAS data calls and report development.
- One (1) year experience with DPAS WM, PA, and ICP functionalities.
- One (1) year experience with LMA/LMI inspections and audit support.
- One (1) year experience with property management policies, plans, and procedures.
- One (1) year experience with DPAS system and Program Office compliance.
- One (1) year experience with CNSWCINST 4460.1F, CNSWCINST 5200.45, SOCOM Directive 700-2, SOCOM Directive 700-3.
