Middle School Wrestling Coach and Assistant Coach

About the role

• Oversee all athletic programs at Carman-Ainsworth High School
• Develop and implement strategic plans for athletic success
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Collaborate with coaches, staff, and community partners

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sports seasons
• Ensure compliance with state and national athletic regulations
• Manage equipment and facilities maintenance
• Coordinate with external organizations for tournaments and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high school athletics administration
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with student-athlete development and support
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
