About the role

Support student learning and growth by assisting in the classroom and working closely with teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing lesson plans
• Provide one-on-one support to students
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Requirements

• Valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with students in a school setting preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and maintain confidentiality while remaining calm
• Courteous and professional when interacting with students, staff, and the public
• Effective communication skills with students, teachers, staff, and sometimes parents
• Willingness to participate in additional professional development outside regular work hours

Skills

• Ability to provide instruction based on lesson plans
• Ability to assist individual students in comprehending concepts
