About The Middle School The Middle School serves students in grades 6–8 at the Lincoln Street Campus, focusing on academic, emotional, and social growth through a developmentally appropriate lens. The division promotes a strong culture of professional growth, collegiality, and collaboration among faculty and staff. Our program emphasizes experiential learning through robust co-curricular offerings, including arts, athletics, and community engagement. Middle School-specific initiatives include a series of overnight class and grade-level trips designed to build community, a dedicated Winter Sports program, and various local community partnerships. To support digital literacy and modern pedagogy, the Middle School operates a 1-1 iPad program, with all faculty and staff utilizing the Canvas learning management system and Veracross student information system. Position Summary Rowland Hall is seeking an innovative and student-centered Middle School Math Teacher to join our faculty. This full-time role includes teaching middle school mathematics and leading a grade-level advisory. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity and a love of learning math through engaging, inquiry-driven instruction, helping students build confidence in their mathematical abilities while developing strong quantitative reasoning and problem-solving skills.
