Middle School Head Track Coach

Middle School Head Track Coach position available in Mechanicsburg Area School District.

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the middle school track team and may have coaching or playing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes
• Manage team logistics including scheduling meets and events
• Work closely with other coaches and administrators to ensure team success

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching track and field
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
