Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor middle school girls basketball players
• Teach and reinforce fundamental basketball skills
• Maintain effective communication with players, parents, staff members, and the athletic director

Requirements

• Prior experience coaching basketball, preferably at the adolescent level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to break down and teach fundamental basketball techniques
• Commitment to the personal and athletic development of young players
