Middle School English Language Arts Teacher

Qualifications Valid New Jersey Elementary Education Certificate (Standard or Certificate of Eligibility) with Middle School Language Arts Endorsement.Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.Experience with TC Writer's/Reader's Workshop preferred. Orton Gillingham trained a plus.Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Background in co-teaching models a plus. Proven team member who works well collaboratively with grade-level colleagues. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. Annual salary range: $57,000 to $77,000, commensurate upon experience/degree(s). Benefit eligible. Tenure Track. EOE
