Middle School Design Teacher

About the Role

This teaching position is for an IB MYP Design teacher, with a focus on building students' critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills through inquiry-based and project-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans for middle/junior high students.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction.
• Assess and monitor student learning and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

Requirements

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Teaching certification and experience in middle/junior high education.
• Minimum of one year of teaching design, mathematics, science, social studies, or humanities.

Skills

• Strong subject matter expertise and instructional skills.
• Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate middle/junior high students.
