Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets
  • Align client and bank objectives
  • Orchestrates organizational resources and referral partners
  • Uses a consultative selling approach
  • Leverages centers of influence
  • Loan Originations
  • Evaluates loan requests for proper purpose, structure and pricing
  • Partners with support staff
  • Sets loan terms for the bank and client
  • Portfolio Management
  • Manages a portfolio of customers
  • Maintains relationships professionally
  • Maintains portfolio meeting current loan standards
  • Strives to meet or exceed portfolio targets
  • Manages delinquencies and portfolio
  • Guidance, Partnership and Collaboration
  • Partner with a RM designated by the manager of the geography
  • Works closely with Executive Leader and other Corporate Senior Leaders
  • Works closely with Credit/Risk and the Senior RMs/RMs
  • Works with assigned Business Partners and external partners/partnerships
  • Assists in the talent recruitment for new talent needs
  • Coaches existing RMs to maximize talents and career development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or H.S. Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant Commercial banking experience
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and Banking/OCC Procedures
  • Very high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance with strong business development skills
  • High level of sales, negotiation and financial analysis skills
