Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Align client and bank objectives
- Orchestrates organizational resources and referral partners
- Uses a consultative selling approach
- Leverages centers of influence
- Loan Originations
- Evaluates loan requests for proper purpose, structure and pricing
- Partners with support staff
- Sets loan terms for the bank and client
- Portfolio Management
- Manages a portfolio of customers
- Maintains relationships professionally
- Maintains portfolio meeting current loan standards
- Strives to meet or exceed portfolio targets
- Manages delinquencies and portfolio
- Guidance, Partnership and Collaboration
- Partner with a RM designated by the manager of the geography
- Works closely with Executive Leader and other Corporate Senior Leaders
- Works closely with Credit/Risk and the Senior RMs/RMs
- Works with assigned Business Partners and external partners/partnerships
- Assists in the talent recruitment for new talent needs
- Coaches existing RMs to maximize talents and career development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or H.S. Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant Commercial banking experience
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and Banking/OCC Procedures
- Very high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successful sales performance with strong business development skills
- High level of sales, negotiation and financial analysis skills
