About the role
Aon is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive for the South region in North America. This role offers the opportunity to join a growth-oriented team and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provides expertise, identifies client needs, and develops customized approaches.
- Builds and grows relationships with clients, focusing on commercial accounts and broader market solutions.
- Ensures account profitability through a value-based approach, managing service scope and costs.
- Led stewardship planning and delivery, including renewals and client service team training.
- Collaborates with colleagues across different units to address business opportunities.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in client relationship management and/or selling risk management solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to influence decision-makers, particularly C-suite executives.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills, capable of managing existing accounts and generating new business.
- Proven technical proficiency and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at various levels and demonstrate digital literacy.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based on factors including education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
