About the role

We are seeking a Claims Adjuster (Automotive) to join our team at the company’s headquarters in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor claims files
• Coordinate with clients, third parties, repair shops, assessors, and insurance intermediaries
• Evaluate incidents and process compensation, including determining reserves
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory framework

Requirements

• Solid understanding of automotive property damage claims processes
• Experience applying the Direct Payment Agreement (Friendly Settlement)
• Ability to technically assess damages and estimate repair costs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using computers and office applications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an insurance company
