Qualifications/Requirements

• Must meet the state of Michigan certification requirements to teach at the secondary level (BA Certification Required), Grades 6-12
• Demonstrate the ability to connect with students and engage them in learning
• Demonstrate ability to assess, plan, and implement instruction
• Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment conducive to student success

Starting Salary Range

The starting salary range is per the Master Agreement between the Beal City Public Schools Board of Education and the Beal City Education Association. The salary schedule placement is based upon the total number of years of teaching and reported to the Michigan Office of Retirement Services (ORS).
