Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

About the role

We are seeking full-time Assistant & Service Managers for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Grove City, OH.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively.
• Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Schedule mechanics/technicians work.
• Manage outside orders.
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs.
• Meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the safety of team members.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
