Responsibilities
- Support the customer’s Technical Action Group (TAG), which serves as the “Engine Room” for the Directorate, maintaining baseline knowledge of the customer's posture to meet evolving mission needs of various Customers/Partners.
- Support the Technical Sensitive Activities Program.
- Provide vital technical and mission expertise to Directorate leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations and serving as a key liaison between executives, directorate Offices and Groups, and User Engagement Teams.
- Support the MID Front Office (FO) in all business functions to ensure smooth performance of the directorate’s mission and senior leadership team’s responsibilities.
- Develop and provide preparatory briefings, data, and information to ensure the MID FO is properly informed and prepared for senior-level meetings.
- Provide senior executive-level support, including writing point papers, documenting meeting minutes/action items, and creating PowerPoint presentations for MID meetings, forums, technical reviews, design reviews, program status reviews, business reviews, all-hands, off-sites, protocol events, and conferences.
- Develop a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for MID senior leadership engagement based on customer leadership plans, MID strategic guidance, and office goals.
- Facilitate MID senior leadership exchanges.
- Draft and edit executive correspondence.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of key partners supported by MID.
- Synthesize information from MID entities into directorate-level responses to create communications and business documentation.
- Provide technical review and/or prepare all MID correspondence packages, ensuring adherence to NRO administrative standards, technical accuracy, completeness, consistency, proper classification, and relevance of responses.
- Develop and maintain executive-level reports.
Qualifications
- Requires 12 to 15 years of experience with a BS, 10 to 13 years with an MS, or 10+ years with a Ph.D. in a STEM field.
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
- Expertise with the customer's mission technical capabilities, including conducting analysis and assessments.
- Experience with Mission Planning, Control, or Processing functions in support of space and ground architecture.
- Strong business acumen; ability to relate professionally inside the work environment with the customer and multiple internal and external mission partners.
Pay
Projected compensation range: $146,322.15 – $254,425.83. Final salary/hourly rate may vary based on differentiating factors such as relevant work experience, skills, competencies, geographic location, education, certifications, and Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
