Mid Starchless Mogul Technician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Complete orders by following production schedule.
• Communicate with Starchless Kitchen Technician and Packaging Operator to ensure a harmonious transfer of product.
• Communicate with Quality Control to ensure all product produced is in spec.
• Operate Starchless Mogul System, Steam/sour, and oil systems.
• Operate all supplemental equipment associated with the Mogul area.
• Perform Preventative and Light Maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure no cross contamination during cleanouts and perform sanitation duties.
• Fill out all appropriate paperwork for Dietary Supplements.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Physical Specifications

• Good attendance record.
• Self-motivated, learning, memorizing, and executing a sequence of procedures.
• Willing to work well with others.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Firm grasp of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Basic computer skills and communication skills.
