Job Objective This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our quality standards, overseeing production, communicating and enforcing policies and procedures. The assistant supervisor is also responsible to train employees on work instructions. Essential Duties Provides visible leadership and guidance to all production staff in order to foster continuous improvements and best practices. Maintains continuous engagement with all production employees Works with Production Supervisor to establish and deploy standard works for all associates Ensures production schedule is met. Lines running at expected rates.
