The organization is a US-based technology company developing a live social platform that connects communities through video, audio, text, and photos. It also offers a multimodal intelligence platform designed to help brands understand public conversations and audience sentiment.

The Mid/Senior Full-Stack Engineer role involves taking ownership of key features across mobile, web, and backend platforms. The position requires delivering high-impact functionality from problem framing through production, utilizing AI tools to enhance development efficiency. This role supports asynchronous collaboration with occasional meetings to align with the primarily US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage features across React Native, Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Go, Python microservices, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Diagnose and improve product workflows involving UI, APIs, data, media, background processing, and third-party services.
• Enhance the media lifecycle, including capture, upload, processing, playback, analysis, retrieval, and failure recovery.
• Utilize AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to assist in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation while verifying outputs.
• Write maintainable code, focused tests, useful instrumentation, and clear documentation.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals with experience in customer-facing mobile or web applications.
• In-depth production experience with Node.js and at least one major platform like React Native or Next.js.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, asynchronous workflows, testing, and cloud deployment, preferably on GCP.
• Ability to read, extend, and troubleshoot Go and Python microservices.
• Clear written and spoken English, reliability in remote work, and a direct, low-ego approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred: Experience with media-heavy consumer products, social/community systems, creator platforms, or in-app purchases.

Pay

Salary range: 125 to 130 PLN net per hour, with the final B2B contract denominated in USD at the current exchange rate.

Contract type: B2B directly with the company.

Schedule

Position is full-time and remote, based in Poland, with flexible working hours and occasional meetings aligned with US time zones.
