Mid-Market Presales - Associate Digital Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of digital presales activities across technical, solution, and competitive dimensions of the sales cycle, learning to build scalable, reusable engagement models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Develops foundational knowledge of Mid-Market buyers and builds the ability to demonstrate the Intuit Enterprise Suite through digital demos, self-guided experiences, and on-demand assets, with growing participation in live engagements.
- Contributes to the creation and upkeep of digital technical engagements, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, and Enablement to help deliver consistent, quality customer experiences.
- Aids sales leadership and cross-functional partners in maintaining digital training assets, demo enablement, and self-serve resources that support seller confidence and product fluency.
- Maintains internal communication channels and field feedback, helping to surface product insights that contribute to continuous improvement of digital presales content and positioning.
- Supports the technical relationship with prospects by helping maintain digital assets, guided product tours, and repeatable technical validation experiences that contribute to an accelerated buying journey.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in a presales, sales, technical, or customer-facing role; relevant internships or coursework accepted.
- Emerging presentation and storytelling skills, with a desire to develop the ability to demonstrate customer value using digital tools and the Intuit Enterprise Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences.
- Basic familiarity with SaaS technologies; curiosity about APIs and modern cloud platforms is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn how to create and maintain digital sales assets, demos, and enablement materials.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a consultative, customer-first mindset.
- Able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage tasks and deliver quality work with guidance from senior team members.
- Genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop technical acumen across current trends and the Intuit product portfolio.
- Collaborative team player who works well across Sales, Product, and Product Marketing partners.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated interest in contributing to a sales organization through partnership, initiative, and a shared-outcomes mindset.
