About the role

The Mid-market team at Accenture is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join the Connected Solution Business Group. This role is pivotal in bringing transformative Planning Solutions to mid-market and small business clients, leveraging the power of Kinaxis and Accenture's industry leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-potential clients for our Planning Solutions, using market insights and strategic outreach.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand their unique challenges and goals, and align them with our solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, driving them towards innovative solutions that leverage Kinaxis and Accenture's capabilities.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, collaborating seamlessly with Sales Executives and Engineers to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate the value of our services and Accenture's capabilities to potential clients, fostering a clear understanding of how our solutions can transform their businesses.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development role, preferably in technology solutions or cloud services.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience selling Kinaxis or other Planning solutions like SAP IBP, o9, BlueYonder, Aera etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and articulate a compelling value proposition.
  • A self-starter mentality with the drive to meet and exceed lead generation and qualification targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years managing high-volume leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
  • If Associates degree, 6 years of work experience.
  • Bonus points for hands-on experience with CRM software, a technical background, or strong aptitude for understanding cloud technologies.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Kinaxis solutions and planning processes.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop tailored solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $70,350 to $98,400

Schedule

Travel may be required for this role, with an expected travel percentage ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
