Mid Market Account Executive, LATAM (Spanish-Speaking) | DX
About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our small, passionate team. In this role, you will partner with DX's largest and most strategic customers and prospects, helping them evaluate DX as a strategic partner to measure and improve developer productivity. You will support customers through proof of concepts and create firm business cases for adopting DX long-term. This role is focused on hiring in EST and CST time zones only.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our SDR team to develop an effective outbound strategy for prospecting into companies with 100-750 engineers.
- Become a master of our sales process.
- Create tailored documentation to support customer’s buying process.
- Help strategic prospects and customers navigate proof of concepts and evaluations of our solutions.
- Establish DX as a pivotal driver of prospect’s business goals, leading to org-wide adoption.
- Collaborate closely with all business functions to ensure customer success.
- Manage a mixed territory of AMER and LATAM accounts.
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish is required.
- You consistently outwork your peers and are meticulous about details and processes.
- You perform at a high level consistently, not in spurts.
- You constantly refine and evolve your approach by studying the greats.
- You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- You have closed net new deals >$250k ARR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past startup experience.
- Experience working with a technical audience (Platform Engineering, VP Engineering, CTO, CIO).

Compensation
At Atlassian, compensation programs are designed to be equitable, explainable, and competitive. Base pay is determined by the candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience within the following ranges for the United States:
- Zone A: $80,550 - $105,163
- Zone B: $72,495 - $94,646
- Zone C: $66,857 - $87,285
