Role Overview
The AI & Data Cloud Account Executive role is a high-impact opportunity within Rippling. The role involves selling and implementing Rippling’s AI Agents and data platform, helping customers transition from fragmented systems to a unified, intelligent infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for AI & Data Cloud, from initial discovery to closing deals
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to bridge the gap between vision and execution
- Maintain rigorous discipline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and meet quotas
- Become an expert on Rippling’s Data Cloud and serve as a product advocate
- Exercise initiative to improve processes and challenge the status quo
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience, preferably in selling complex SaaS platforms requiring integration, customization, and multi-stakeholder implementation
- A clear track record of internal promotion (e.g., SDR to Sr. SDR to AE) at a high-growth company
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a Series A–D startup environment
