Mid-Level Workspace Engineer/Hybrid Kennett Square

We're partnering with a growing financial organization seeking a full-time, hybrid Workspace Engineer based in Kennett Square, PA. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, supporting modern workplace technologies, end users, and cloud-based collaboration tools in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID)
• Provide end-user support in an enterprise environment
• Manage Windows desktop administration and endpoint technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions effectively
• Spend 80% of time on Microsoft 365 and 20% on Windows & Endpoint Technologies
• Breakdown of daily responsibilities:
  • 70% Hands-On Engineering & Support
  • 10% Project Planning
  • 20% Team Collaboration

Requirements

• Experience administering the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID)
• Experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Windows desktop administration and endpoint management
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Qualifications

• PowerShell scripting experience (desired)
• Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools (desired)
• Knowledge of identity and access management (desired)
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (desired)
