Mid-Level Windows System Administrator **Sign on Bonus Potential**
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have responsibilities list, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, pay & benefits (pay range, signing bonus). Also location info (Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO). Also shift (1st shift). Also contingent upon program award. Also security clearance, export control, relocation, visa sponsorship, conflict of interest, drug free workplace. Many of these are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We should remove boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, etc. Also remove application instructions (applications accepted until date). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep description about role, responsibilities list, qualifications (basic and preferred), pay and benefits (pay range, signing bonus, benefits description), location, shift, contingency, security clearance, export control, relocation, visa sponsorship? Those might be considered metadata but still substantive. We can include them in a paragraph under maybe "Additional Information" but we only allowed specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could map: About the role = introductory paragraph about Boeing and role. Responsibilities = list of responsibilities. Requirements = maybe basic qualifications? Or we could split: Requirements = basic qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications? Skills could be maybe some of the preferred qualifications? But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine basic and preferred into Qualifications? But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could use Requirements for basic qualifications (must-have), Qualifications for preferred qualifications (desired), Skills maybe for specific technical skills? But we might not need Skills if content overlaps. We need to include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does: Pay & Benefits section includes pay range, signing bonus, benefits description. So we can have
Pay
with pay range and signing bonus, andBenefits
with benefits description. Schedule: posting mentions shift: 1st shift. Also maybe flexible hours, on call support. So we can have Schedule section with shift info. We also need to include location maybe in About the role paragraph. We need to remove boilerplate: Conflict of Interest, Drug Free Workplace, Export Control Requirements, Visa Sponsorship, Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Those are boilerplate; we should drop them. However, some like Security Clearance might be substantive? It's a requirement: active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). That's a qualification. Could be included in Requirements or Qualifications. Similarly, relocation is substantive but maybe minor; we could fold into a short p under About the role or additional info. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." So we can include location, shift, contingency, security clearance, relocation in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or a separate paragraph without heading? But we must output only HTML fragment; we can have
for prose. So we can have a paragraph after the intro that includes location, shift, contingency, security clearance, relocation, etc. But we need to avoid creating sections for those if not enough content. Thus plan: -
About the role
:containing the introductory description: "At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place.... The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Windows System Administrator to join the team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. This individual will play a crucial role in integrating logistics, manufacturing, and engineering into a cohesive ecosystem...." Also maybe include that role supports Air Dominance programs, etc. -
Responsibilities
:- list each responsibility line.
-
Requirements
:- list basic qualifications (required skills/experience). Must include ability to obtain SAP access, CompTIA Security+, 3+ years hardware install/mod/test, 3+ years software implementation, 3+ years Windows Server/Desktop OS (Server 2016-2022, Win10), experience installing/configuring/troubleshooting/administering Windows Server 2016-2019 and Desktop OS Win10, experience installing/configuring/troubleshooting/administering Windows Server 2022-2025 and Desktop OS Win11, willing to work flexible hours including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays). Also maybe include security clearance? Could add as requirement: active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Also maybe include export control US Person requirement? That's also a requirement. But we might treat as minor metadata; but it's substantive. Could include in Requirements list.
-
Qualifications
:- list preferred qualifications (desired skills/experience). Include designing & implementing Windows Systems, troubleshooting OS and installation problems, broad range basic systems/application support, RAID levels/storage concepts, standard installation procedures, supporting/managing Windows info systems in RMF/JAFAN/JSIG/NISPOM Ch8 environment, hardening systems per RMF and STIGs, maintaining/configuring AD including domain group policies, scripts to automate deployment/configuration of OS, creating/maintaining virtual servers/networks using vSphere Suite 7.x+, evaluating/communicating complex system problems, integrating security solutions (Trellix, Splunk, Nessus) into info systems.

Pay
:containing pay range and signing bonus: "Summary pay range: $96,050 – $129,950. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates." -
Benefits
:containing benefits description: "At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent. Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." -
Schedule
:containing shift info: "This position is for 1st shift. Willing to work flexible hours, including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays)." Also maybe mention contingent upon program award? Could be included in schedule or about role. But we can add a short sentence: "Position is contingent upon program award." We also need to include location maybe in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like Conflict of Interest, Drug Free Workplace, Export Control Requirements, Visa Sponsorship, Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. So we drop those. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include application instructions (applications accepted until Oct 06, 2026). So drop that. We must not include Export Control Details beyond maybe mention US Person required? That's a requirement; we could include in Requirements as "U.S. Person required (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)". But that's somewhat metadata; but it's a requirement for export control. Might be considered substantive. However, the instruction says to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Export control is legal but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a requirement for the job; but it's also a legal requirement. The instruction says to remove legal boilerplate. However, the export control requirement is a specific condition for eligibility; it's not generic boilerplate like "EEO". Might be okay to keep. But to be safe, we could fold it into a short p under About the role or Requirements. Since it's a requirement, we could include in Requirements list. Similarly, relocation: "This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility." That's minor metadata; we could fold into a short p under About the role or maybe under Benefits? But we already have Benefits section; relocation is not a benefit per se but could be mentioned there. However, we should not invent content. It's a statement about relocation; we could include in a short p under About the role or maybe under a separate paragraph without heading. Since we can have
for prose anywhere. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:
