Responsibilities

  • Plan, evaluate, and develop designs for water treatment infrastructure projects, potentially managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Coordinate activities across disciplines and collaborate with subject matter experts and team members.
  • Develop drawings, specifications, and computer models for engineering projects.
  • Write technical reports and presentations.
  • Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail, client service, and independent or team-based execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of engineering experience in water-related disciplines (e.g., water treatment, water resources, drinking water, wastewater, sewer).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience or working knowledge of Bluebeam, Autodesk, and/or Bentley CAD platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Design and/or project management experience.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $95,200.00 to $172,850.00. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Hybrid working policy allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
