Mid-Level Transactional Energy Attorney

About the role

Are you a 4th-6th year associate interested in making a move to a collegial, growing practice group at a large-but-not-too-large Atlanta-based law firm where everyone would know your name, you would be supported and have growth opportunities?

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients
• Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Outstanding professional references

Requirements

• 4+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
