Mid-Level to Experienced Business Litigation Associate for Atlanta Firm

About the role

The firm is hiring one (1) associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation. The position specifically requires expertise in Commercial Litigation. Additionally, experience in Corporate Fiduciary Law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal issues related to commercial disputes
• Represent clients in court and before regulatory bodies
• Prepare and present legal arguments in support of client positions
• Manage case files and coordinate with other attorneys and staff
• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant statutes and precedents

Requirements

• A Georgia bar license is required

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Litigation
• Expertise in Commercial Litigation
• Plus, experience in Corporate Fiduciary Law is a plus

Pay

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $220,000/year.
